Villa Limon
This Villa is the ultimate holiday destination. The owners have equipped the villa to the highest standard and one is surrounded by the sound of birds and the grandeur of the mountains in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
This beautiful villa is set in it's own walled garden with panoramic views of the mountain countryside, There is a floodlit swimming pool with a circular children's pool and a barbecue. The villa sleeps up to 8 persons, and Prices are quoted Per Week for the Whole Private Villa (not per person).

In the villa you will find a large lounge and dining area and large fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The whole villa is air conditioned and is equipped with DVD/CD/TAPE system, Satelite TV and Playstation 2. All bedrooms have their own balcony with Mountain Views, and there are two bathrooms upstairs (one en-suite), and a shower room downstairs.

Two sides of the dining room open up onto a large south facing (but covered) terrace with barbecue and access to the pool. There is a separate children's pool and quiet areas of the garden, ideal for sunbathing
Villa Limon is situated on the edge of Dalyan Town and is only a four minute Taxi or Dolmus ride into the centre of Dalyan. There is a small shop at the end of the road.

"A very enjoyable stay, has everything you could hope for and more. The Gocek 12 Island Tour a must, excellent value along with the Thermal Baths and Mudbaths (an experience!) The Starfish and Ali’s Both do good food at good prices, looking forward to coming back, soon."

"We all had a wonderful relaxing time here. The Villa is perfect and feels more like a home than a holiday villa! It is definitely worth visiting ‘Turtle Beach’ – it is a beautiful place and the kids spent hours making sand castles – plenty of sun-bloc required though! Visit Ahmet in his carpet shop – he is a lovely guy and will always do you a great deal! Thanks to Michael & Liz for setting up such a wonderful place to chill."

"Villa Limon has been a truly pleasurable experience. The Villa catered for all our needs (including those of the children). We made good use of the pools and it was lovely to be able to have a couple of evening swims. Ahmet has been very helpful – visit his shop and see his lovely old kilims – we bought a few and believe he gave us a good deal. Ahmet also told us about his friend who has a boat and we visited the lake and fed terrapins. Captain Nedin cooks a mean BBQ – his details are on the hall table. He is a talkative man but we thoroughly enjoyed his boat trip. The dolmus is a must – it is the way to travel, especially to get to know the local way of life. If you travel by the dolmus you will learn that the Dalyan people are polite, friendly and helpful."
"Also visited the beach, by both boat and dolmus. The public boat trip to the beach is wonderful and although longer – flies by so there is lots to see, including the odd turtle!"
We used Antelope Travel for a sailing trip to 12 Islands – this too was brilliant, as was the trip to the Caves and Ekancik Bays

"We have had a wonderful time in Villa Limon, there were lots of things for us to see and do and it was the perfect place to get away from it all. We highly recommend using Ertac’s Tours, we went on some fabulous trips. The 12 Islands tour we agree is a must and it’s very good for snorkelling as the water is beautifully clear. The jeep safari is also very enjoyable – it’s not off road but any adrenalin junkies will enjoy the hairy rides up the windy mountain roads. Also the restaurant they take you to is wonderful. Ertac also arranged for us to go white water rafting and it was definitely the highlight of our holiday – it was a fantastic day out and don’t worry if your not between 17 & 55 as they cater for everyone and you’ll surprise yourself at how easy it is. Breakfast & lunch included but take your own water."
PS Shop at end of road very useful – doesn’t look much but very cheap (+ they give you money if you take your beer bottles back!!)

We have all had a wonderful time, came to relax and get away from it all, and did just that. Villa is beautiful, perfect in every way. Younger children made the most of the pool, and the teenagers were quite independent on their own in Dalyan town.
Boat ride to Turtle Beach was excellent and refreshing, beach was a heaven for Zayd (4yrs old) sat in the water and waited for waves to splash him, was a joy just watching him squeal with delight. People are very friendly. Definitely recommend to family and friends."
