Dalyan Town
|
|
Dalyan itself is a relatively small town, unspoilt by the booming bars which have taken over some of the larger resorts. The town remains relatively undiscovered and unspoilt, thus retaining the friendliness and local colour sought by many. However, there is a large number of bars and restaurants to choose from in the village centre - sufficient to cater for everyone's taste. Being smaller, Dalyan retains much of its original charm and has a village community feel, and during the evenings the main part of the village centre is closed to motorised traffic for pedestrian safety.

The local attractions and activities in Dalyan are too numerous to list here, but details can be obtained by
clicking through our links. Car hire is available, but not essential. You can get anywhere in Dalyan or surrounding areas by cheap and frequent public transport (bus or boat). The local buses (dolmus) are
cheap, clean and reliable and run every 15 minutes close to the villa.

For those wanting a little more independence there is always the alternative of car hire, taxis or bicycles, all of which are readily available, but can be organised by us on your behalf if you wish.
